Data Deletion Instructions

EVENTYS LABS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Eventys") respects requests to delete personal information associated with your Eventys account.

If you would like to request deletion of your Eventys account or personal information, follow the steps below.

HOW TO REQUEST DATA DELETION

Step 1

Send an email to:

admin@eventys.in

Compose Email
Step 2

Use the subject line:

"Data Deletion Request"

Step 3

Include the following details in your email:

  • Your full name
  • Email address associated with your Eventys account
  • Phone number associated with your account, if applicable
  • Business name, if applicable
  • A description of the information you want deleted

For security purposes, we may request additional information to verify that you own or are authorized to access the account.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOUR REQUEST

After receiving and verifying your request, Eventys will review the information associated with your account and process the deletion request where applicable.

Depending on the nature of the information, deletion may include:

  • Eventys account information
  • Profile information
  • Contact information
  • Customer information associated with your account
  • Booking information
  • WhatsApp-related information stored by Eventys
  • Other personal information that is no longer required for a legitimate purpose
Some information may need to be retained where required by law, necessary to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain security, or satisfy legitimate business or accounting requirements.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

If information has been processed directly by a third-party service such as Meta/WhatsApp, the deletion of that information may also be subject to the third party's own policies and procedures.

Eventys cannot delete information that is independently controlled and stored by a third-party service.
