Terms of Service

Eventys is a SaaS platform designed to help event vendors and event businesses manage enquiries, customers, services, bookings, reminders, teams, and other business operations.

Eventys may also provide event-related listings, discovery, marketplace, communication, and collaboration features.

You may need to create an account to access certain features.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your account information updated
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Not share your account credentials with unauthorized persons
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access

If you operate a vendor account, you are responsible for ensuring that the business information, service information, pricing, contact details, images, and other information you provide is accurate.

You must not provide misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, or infringing information.

Eventys provides tools to help businesses manage enquiries and bookings.

Eventys is not automatically a party to agreements between vendors and their customers.

Eventys may provide WhatsApp communication and notification features.

Use of WhatsApp through Eventys is subject to the applicable WhatsApp and Meta terms and policies.

Certain Eventys features may require a paid subscription.

Where applicable, subscription pricing, billing periods, applicable taxes, payment terms, and cancellation conditions will be presented before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are not refundable for partially used billing periods.

Eventys may change pricing with reasonable notice for future billing periods.

Eventys may offer free trials, promotional pricing, founding-member pricing, discounts, or other special offers.

Promotional offers may have additional conditions and may be modified or withdrawn at Eventys's discretion.

You must not use Eventys to:

• Break the law
• Commit fraud
• Distribute malware
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with the platform
• Scrape or abuse the service
• Send spam
• Violate third-party rights
• Upload unlawful or harmful material
• Circumvent security mechanisms
• Reverse engineer the service except where permitted by applicable law

You retain responsibility for content and information you submit to Eventys.

By submitting content, you grant Eventys the permissions reasonably necessary to host, store, process, display, and provide that content as part of the Service.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content.

Eventys and its software, branding, designs, interfaces, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to EVENTYS LABS PRIVATE LIMITED.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Eventys's intellectual property.

We aim to keep Eventys available and reliable but do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Eventys may integrate with third-party services including Meta/WhatsApp, payment providers, cloud infrastructure providers, and other technology providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, limitations, and availability.

We may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary, including where:

• These Terms are violated
• The account is used unlawfully
• The account creates a security risk
• Payment obligations are not met
• The account is used in violation of third-party platform policies

You may stop using Eventys at any time.

Eventys provides software tools for business management.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eventys will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of Eventys, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction over the matter and the applicable registered office/place of business of EVENTYS LABS PRIVATE LIMITED, subject to applicable law.
